The popularity of handmade soap is growing day by day, and more and more new samples of these products are on sale. Anyone who has an original taste or uses the services of a professional designer can get an entrance ticket to this market.
It is necessary
- - original recipes for making soap;
- - a room of about 50 meters in area;
- - powerful electric oven;
- - metal containers for making soap;
- - wooden molds for casting soap.
Instructions
Step 1
Collect as many soap recipes as possible - use all the information you can find in the public domain. A search for recipes on English-language websites can give a good result - the art soap industry in the West is unusually developed, and you can borrow from your foreign colleagues. The main thing is to have in your arsenal at least some of the recipes that have not yet become known to your numerous competitors.
Step 2
Rent a space of about 50 square meters to equip a production area and a warehouse for storing finished products. The room must be connected to the water supply and the electricity network; high-power engineering communications for the production of soap will not be required.
Step 3
Get equipment for the production of soap - an electric stove, several large metal containers (pots, vats from 10 liters with a capacity), wooden molds for casting ready-made soap bars. You will also need the regularly supplied raw materials for making soap - soap base, essential oils and a number of other ingredients in accordance with the recipes that you have chosen. Some of the components you need are imported from abroad, and you will have to deal with wholesale suppliers.
Step 4
Find four shift workers - two cooks and two soap packers, working in pairs. If you are going to work for the future, constantly developing new models and increasing the scale of your production, also find a designer who will take on the creative side of the work. You may not need a full-time accountant; it will be enough to contact the providers of the appropriate outsourcing services.
