The easiest way is to withdraw an individual entrepreneur if all payments for taxes and the Pension Fund have been made. The process of closing an individual entrepreneur itself is quite tedious, so do not hesitate to ask the tax inspector or notary about the required documents, otherwise you will have to go through the procedures 2 or 3 more times.
It is necessary
- - completed form Р26001;
- - passport;
- - extract from USRIP;
- - TIN;
- - registration certificate;
- - insurance plastic card.

Call the tax office in which you are registered, introduce yourself, declare your desire to withdraw an individual entrepreneur, and ask at what address to submit documents and where to pay the fee.
