Withdrawing money through an ATM is a simple procedure, easily done by people of all ages. Despite the fact that there are many different models of such devices, the principles of work with them will be similar. The main thing is to carefully follow the prompts and requirements that appear on the screen.
Instructions
Step 1
Locate the receiving slot in the ATM and insert the plastic card face up into it. The payment system logo should be located on the side closest to you. To position the card correctly, refer to the explanatory picture located near the receiving hole. If the card is inserted correctly, the ATM will pull it in.
Step 2
Select the language in which comments on the operations performed will be made. To do this, press the button opposite the required line on the screen. Enter the pin code by typing it on the keyboard. In this case, the screen will display not numbers, but asterisks. Confirm the value by pressing the Enter button. If the combination is typed incorrectly, you can start entering it again by clicking the Change button. Some ATMs may require a PIN code not at the very beginning, but after choosing the amount.
Step 3
Select one of the offered operations: "Account balance" or "Cash withdrawal". You can view the balance by displaying it on the screen or by printing a receipt. When withdrawing cash, you will be prompted to receive or refuse a check. You can choose one of the offered amounts for cash out. If you need to receive a specific amount, select the "Other" option and enter the desired value using the keyboard. Confirm your choice by pressing the Enter button.
Step 4
Be guided in your actions by text prompts, light and sound signals of the ATM. Take your plastic card and money, wait for the receipt to appear. If you do not complete these steps within 20 seconds, the ATM may hold up your card or money. He will also return the card to you if you do not perform any operations within the same time after accepting the card by the ATM.
