Step 1

Fill out the declaration, enter the type of document, in this case it corresponds to 3-NDFL. If this is your first time filing a tax return, put "0" as the correction number. Indicate the tax service number at the place of your registration. Enter your sign as a taxpayer, in this case it is another individual. Please note that the deduction can be obtained only when you officially work, transfer income tax regularly. Confirm your income with a 2-NDFL certificate.

Write the address where the house you bought is located. Indicate the date of registration of ownership using the appropriate certificate. Enter the date, month, year when the right to use the property was transferred to you from the seller.

Step 5

Write down the cost of the house in accordance with the amount specified in the contract, as well as with the amount of payment on payment documents. Print your declaration. Write an application for granting you a property deduction. Submit the documentation to the tax authority.
