Special attention should be paid to equipping the pharmacy in accordance with the sanitary requirements. In addition to medicine shelves, display cases, counters and cash registers, you will need special equipment to provide special storage conditions for individual medicines, such as metal fire-resistant cabinets, safes, refrigerators. Take care of the installation of fire and burglar alarms. For effective trade, the assortment of medical products must be made up of at least 5,000 items.

Only people with a pharmaceutical education can work in a pharmacy (except for cleaners and guards): pharmacists or pharmacists. They are responsible for purchasing, storing and selling medicines. An employee serving buyers must be qualified enough to be able to advise, choose the right option for a drug, offer an alternative option in the absence of an original. The manager is a pharmacist who has a specialist certificate and work experience in the specialty for at least 3 years. He, among other things, forms the assortment of the pharmacy, concludes contracts with suppliers of medicines, medical equipment, food supplements, cosmetics and other related products.
