And secondly, the possibility of renting and building must be coordinated with local authorities and control services, such as the fire service, sanitary and epidemiological station, gorgaz, etc.
The question of money and workers
Even at the stage of signing all permits, you need to take care of the monetary issue of opening production. The form of organization of such an enterprise can be JSC or JSC. In the first case, you should rely on the capital of investors, your own money and loans, and in the second, also on the sale of shares to third parties who have nothing to do with the company.
Every person who decides to open his own plant should understand that we are talking about tens and hundreds of millions of rubles, which in case of a loan must be paid with interest. Of course, banks agree to open credit lines as collateral for property on good terms, but the production should be profitable.
That is why, when it comes to launching the conveyor and the first car is ready for sale, you should already have established delivery methods and signed contracts with car dealerships and other sales markets.
It is also important to take care of the workers who will take part in the production process. Each region is interested in the opening of a machine-building plant, as this is additional jobs and serious amounts in the form of taxes. For people to be employed, it is important to provide them with a full social package. If necessary, you need to get service buses that will bring you to the place of work.
All these points of opening are fundamental, since without them normal functioning is simply impossible.
