Certify the documents at the Russian consulate in the country where the company is registered, in accordance with the established procedure, be sure to translate all documentation into Russian and notarize the translation. On the basis of the submitted documents and after paying the appropriate fee, the company receives permission to open a representative office, after which the foreign representative office is considered officially open.
