Today any able-bodied citizen can open a private business. Legislation has established a certain consistent procedure that must be strictly followed.
Instructions
Step 1

Step 2
Conduct a thorough analysis of the market situation and the potential of your business, recording all the information received in the business plan.
Step 3
To open a private business, desire alone is not enough. You need to have either a certain education or start-up capital. If necessary, attend at least courses to acquire minimal professional knowledge.
Step 4
Having made the final decision, prepare a package of necessary documents for registration as an individual entrepreneur. It includes an application in the P21001 form, your taxpayer identification number (TIN), passport data and a receipt for payment of the state fee for registration of an individual entrepreneur.
Step 5
Verify the signature on the P21001 application with a notary.
Step 6

The inspector must inform you of the procedure for further actions - the time frame for making a seal, obtaining Goskomstat codes, opening a bank account, reporting this to the tax office. They must be strictly observed. Otherwise, fines are threatened.
Step 7
Registration is carried out within five working days. During this time, decide which taxation system you will use, general, UTII or simplified (STS). Everything will depend on the activity you choose.
Step 8
If you plan to apply the simplified tax system, submit an application no later than three days from the date of state registration as an individual entrepreneur.
Step 9
After completing all the necessary actions, you can begin to carry out commercial activities.
Step 10
To open a private business in accordance with the established requirements, resort to the help of specialists. Ignorance of legal nuances leads to tangible consequences.
