Draw up a business plan in which you list all expenses. Include there the salaries of teachers, the purchase of benefits, furniture, equipment, the cost of repair and rental of premises, advertising.
Step 6
If you decide to rent non-residential premises, start with a small footprint. Two rooms - one 10-15 square meters, another 20-15 square meters, will be enough. The first will serve as a locker room, and the second is intended for training with teachers.
Step 7
Prepare a service agreement that you will enter into with the parents of the children. Write in it the time of classes, training programs, additional conditions and cost.
Step 8
Buy teaching aids, furniture, toys. You don't have to spend money on new things. Call the nearby kindergartens. It can store quite suitable tables and chairs, which can be purchased very inexpensively. And collect toys from friends, whose children have already grown up. So your development center will be provided with everything you need with a minimum of costs.
Step 9
Take care of advertising for your early childhood development center. Start with regular posters posted on bulletin boards in crowded places. It is best if there are clinics, schools, kindergartens nearby. It is there that mothers with young children gather, who will be interested in your proposal.
