Household appliances and products
The devaluation of the ruble in 2014 cannot but affect the cost of food and household appliances. The problem of rising prices will be especially urgent for all imported goods.
According to official estimates, food prices in 2015 will increase by at least 10%, and for some items even by 20%. Especially the cost of vegetables and fruits will rise due to food sanctions. Prices for the following goods are also expected to rise:
- sunflower oil as a result of interruptions in supplies from Ukraine;
- coffee, chocolate due to the rise in exchange prices, the Ebola fever, which broke out on the territory of the countries producing cocoa beans, import dependence and the impact of sanctions;
- meat and poultry due to a shortage of imported feed.
Household appliances will also continue to add value. True, probably not as fast as in December 2014. Then the Russians themselves made their own role in the rise in the cost of household appliances, who began to massively buy equipment, thereby spurring prices. The rise in prices in this case will depend on the exchange rate dynamics.
Cars and gasoline
The falling ruble forced automakers to revise prices back in 2014, and some car dealers even temporarily suspended sales in December until the market became stable. However, experts believe that the main growth in car prices will occur at the beginning of 2015. The increase in price is expected to vary depending on the manufacturer and will range from 1 to 10-15%. A more significant growth will be observed in cars whose manufacturers do not have factories in the territory of the Russian Federation.
Gasoline in 2015 will continue to rise in price. The fault lies in the tax maneuver implemented by the Government. It consists in a consistent decrease in export duties while increasing the mineral extraction tax. The planned increase in excise taxes on fuel will also play a role. According to the most optimistic estimates, the rise in gasoline prices in 2015 will amount to 10%.
Cigarettes
The habit of smoking since 2015 will cost more. The minimum tobacco excise tax will grow by 27.9%. As a result, the price of cigarettes will increase by at least 13%, and even higher for many brands.
It should be noted that the increase in excise taxes on cigarettes has become not as sharp as previously thought. Thus, it was expected that the average cost of a pack of cigarettes in 2015 will reach 200 rubles. In practice, cigarettes will rise in price not so rapidly - if in 2014 a smoker on average spent 60 rubles on a pack of cigarettes, then in 2015 the price of cigarettes will increase by 8-9 rubles. up to approximately 70 p. In this case, taxes will be approximately 50% of the cost of one pack.
Alcohol excise taxes were also expected to increase in 2015. But the Government came to the conclusion that the increase in excise taxes in recent years had an important negative consequence - the growth of the shadow market. At the same time, the collection of taxes has fallen, tk. alcohol producers began to reduce production.
Alcohol excise taxes will remain at the 2014 level. This is 500 rubles. per liter of alcohol with a strength over 9 degrees, 400 rubles. - up to 9 degrees, 18 p. - per liter of beer, 8 r. - for grape and fruit wines. As a result, there are no reasons for a serious rise in the price of alcohol in 2015.
State fees
Since 2015, many government services will become more expensive. Among them are such popular ones as registration of a foreign passport, obtaining a certificate of registration (dissolution) of marriage, rights, a passport for a child, etc.
So, the cost of a passport will increase to 2 thousand rubles. from 1 thousand rubles (new passports - up to 3, 5 thousand rubles from 2, 5 thousand rubles). An old-style children's passport will cost 1000 rubles, a new one - 1500 rubles.
For a marriage registration certificate, you will need to pay 350 rubles. (instead of 200 rubles), while a divorce will cost more - its cost will be 600 rubles.
You will need to pay 300 rubles for a Russian passport. (instead of 200 rubles in 2014). Losing a passport in 2015 will cost three times more - 1,500 rubles. instead of 500 rubles.
