Basically, taxes for citizens are paid automatically by employers. However, there are some tax levies that must be paid by individuals on their own. These include transport, property, land and other taxes, while their values may be different in different years. Thus, tax arrears are formed. Beginning in July 2009, the Federal Tax Service introduced a service for determining its debts via the Internet.
Instructions
Step 1
Go to the official website of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation https://www.nalog.ru/. At the top of the site there is a vertical menu, select the section "Electronic services" in it, and then in the drop-down menu, click on the link "Personal account of the taxpayer for individuals". On the page that opens, you will see informative text about this Internet service, inside which you will see a link "Find out your debt". Click on it.
Step 2
Read the tax liabilities reporting terms. If you agree to provide your personal data, then click the "Yes, I agree" button.
Step 3
Fill out the "Taxpayer details" form. Enter your last name, first name and patronymic, TIN code. Select the region of residence from the drop-down menu. To the right of the form, you can see a picture with a verification code. Enter the numbers from the picture to confirm that you are not a robot. Click the Find button. If any data is entered incorrectly, the service will point you to the error and offer to make corrections. If everything is entered correctly, the system will give you the message "There is no debt" if all taxes were paid in full. Otherwise, the amount of debt will appear and the opportunity to download a form of payment document for paying tax will appear.
Step 4
Use an SMS service to determine tax debts if you do not have access to the Internet. Write a message indicating your TIN and send it to 8-950-341-00-00. After a while, you will receive a response message indicating the availability of debt and the total amount on it. The cost of the service is determined by the tariff plan of your operator. You can also form a message with the text "FSSP - passport series - passport number" or "FSSP - TIN" and send it to short number 4345. In response, you will receive a message with information about the presence of debt. This service costs 5 rubles without VAT.
