Step 1
Residents of the Far North. If your work experience in the north is fifteen years or more, you do not have your own housing in other regions of Russia and you need to improve your living conditions - this type of government subsidy is for you.
Contact your local executive authority for registration. You will be issued a State Housing Certificate. This registered document will confirm your eligibility for a government grant.
Step 2
The queues. Each city / district administration has a queue to improve housing conditions for people whose living space is below the state-established norm. Such citizens are eligible for government subsidies.
The queue has the right to use the state subsidy for the purchase of an apartment or the construction of a house, as well as choose a convenient area for themselves, the layout of housing and its footage.
In order to receive this subsidy, you need to contact the administration of your city / district, write an application for a subsidy and leave a package of documents.
The administration will prepare the necessary documents and provide you with a certificate for the allocation of funds for the purchase of housing.
Then a personal current account will be opened in your name, where money will be transferred from the city budget.
Step 3
State subsidy program "Young Family". This type of subsidy is designed specifically for young families whose spouses are not more than thirty-five years old.
Go to the website of the administration of your city / district and read the rules for providing this subsidy. If your family is suitable for receiving state aid in terms of parameters, go to the administration and personally consult with a specialist about what documents are required to be provided in order to receive a subsidy and write an application.
The commission will review your documents and decide whether your family can be considered “young”. In case of a negative decision, it is useless to submit documents a second time. In case of a positive decision, you will be put in a queue. When it comes up, you need to go to the bank and apply for a mortgage. The subsidy can be used, for example, as a down payment on a loan.
