Participation in all kinds of tenders is very popular among businessmen. A tender is a prerequisite for a government order. It means an opportunity for the customer to get acquainted with the terms of cooperation submitted by the performers, without devoting them to each other's proposals.

Step 1
When preparing documents for a tender, the most important thing is to correctly draw up a tender application. It must take into account the requirements of the tender documentation, which relate to the quality and technical characteristics of the purchased works. The tender documentation is drawn up in accordance with the "Law on public procurement" and "Rules for the implementation of public procurement".
Step 2
It is submitted in writing in a sealed envelope or in the form of an electronic document. The name of the tender (lot) for which the application is being submitted must be indicated on the envelope. The tender application must reflect the name of the company, information about its organizational and legal form, details, contact numbers.
Step 3
In addition, the application is accompanied by:
- extract from the unified state register of legal entities (original or notarized copy); it must be done not earlier than 6 months from the date of the announcement of the tender;
- copies of constituent documents;
- proposals on the quality of work and the terms of the contract;
- documents confirming the qualifications of the declared participant.
Step 4
After submitting all applications, the tender committee evaluates them and selects the most optimal proposal. 10 days are given for consideration of applications from the moment of signing the corresponding protocol. In the case of considering an order for an amount exceeding 50 million rubles, the period may take up to 30 days.
Step 5
When choosing a contractor, the commission takes into account the price of the proposed contract, the qualifications of the bidder, quality guarantees, terms of order fulfillment, the availability of technological equipment, production facilities, labor and financial resources. The use of other criteria for evaluating bids in the tender is not allowed.
Step 6
The winner of the competition is the participant who offered the best conditions for the execution of the contract.
