The creation of a trade pavilion requires a lot of responsibility, as well as the application of the necessary efforts and financial resources. You also need to be guided by certain knowledge and rules.
Instructions
Step 1
Find a suitable place to set up your shopping pavilion. In turn, in order to obtain a land plot for rent, you need to contact the district committee that deals with the management of city property (KUGI), according to the location of the land plot. In this case, you will need to write a statement, and then, together with it, provide all the necessary documents (permission from the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Supervision, as well as the State Fire Inspection, an opinion from the committee on urban construction).
Step 2
Select the commercial products that you will sell using this pavilion. As a rule, such companies trade in printed materials, food and other consumer goods. Then consult with a specialist in the trade department of the selected area - whether similar products are allowed for sale in a similar form of structures. If you receive a positive answer, start drawing up a technology plan.
Step 3
Purchase all the equipment you need. Please note that for normal operation of the pavilion, you should set up refrigerated display cases in the sales area and different-temperature chambers in the utility room. This will allow you to store and sell the largest amount of goods if you want to sell perishable or frozen products.
Step 4
Obtain a business permit (license). Then buy and register a suitable cash register.
Step 5
Take care of the interior decoration inside the pavilion. Start doing this when you finish laying utility lines. To do this, you need to hire specialists.
Step 6
Find reliable suppliers and then order the item. At the same time, try to work in such a way that you have two suppliers for one separate product group. This will help you avoid stock shortages in the future.
