Choosing and registering a legal address is one of the most important stages when registering a legal entity. Without completing this procedure, it is impossible to register a company, and therefore start your own business.
Instructions
Step 1
To register a legal address, rent a real office and agree with the owner to provide a legal address for your company. Submit the following documents to the registering authority: a certificate of ownership (confirming the existence of a legal address and the legality of its ownership by the owner), as well as a letter of guarantee in your name from the owner of the address and a lease agreement (confirming your relationship to this address).
Step 2
If it is too expensive for you to rent an office or the owner did not agree to provide you with a legal address, register the company at your home address. To do this, obtain written permission from all family members living at this address, an extract from the house book and a copy of your personal account. However, in this case, remember that if as a result of commercial activities your company has any problems, then third parties may have claims to the legal address of the organization.
Step 3
If you do not have enough time for this, contact a company that professionally deals with the registration of legal addresses. Search for such companies online or hire a middleman to find them. However, before contacting such an organization, check its reliability. If it has been on the market for several years and has not caused complaints from customers, then it is possible to cooperate with it.
Step 4
Sign a postage contract. If this is not done, then all correspondence that is intended for your company will be sent to the legal address. If the actual address of your company differs from the legal address, all letters will be returned back to the senders. This can lead to unpleasant consequences. For example, the Federal Tax Service Inspectorate will require you to provide any documents within ten days, and you will find out about this after a fine is issued to your company.
