Transferring money abroad, for example, to Kazakhstan, can be quite difficult and costly. However, there are several ways to send money that you can choose depending on the specifics of your situation.
Instructions
Step 1
Make a bank transfer. To do this, open an account with one of the financial institutions. Come there with your passport and the required amount of money. Provide the operator with the account number to which you want to transfer money, as well as the name and surname of the recipient, the name of the bank and the special SWIFT code used by banks for international money transactions. Receive a receipt for the money transfer and keep it until your addressee receives the payment to his account.
Step 2
Please note that you can transfer money to your own account in Kazakhstan only upon presentation of a certificate from the tax office. But this practice does not apply to your relatives. They can transfer money to your account without additional documents. A bank transfer to Kazakhstan will take two to three business days.
Step 3
If your addressee does not have a bank account, send him money using one of the money transfer systems. Western Union is the most common service in Russia and Kazakhstan, but the cost of sending money with its help is quite high - at least ten dollars for the minimum amount. Other operators, for example, Migom or Contact, have fewer collection and payment centers, but such transfers are cheaper.
Step 4
Come to the bank or post office where the money transfer service of your choice operates. Tell the operator the full name of the addressee, the country and city where he lives. Enter the transfer amount and commission. Money can be deposited in rubles or in another currency, and in Kazakhstan the addressee will be able to receive it in tenge. Receive a receipt with a verification code. Inform the recipient of the money, as well as the exact amount of the transferred money in local currency. After that, after an hour after sending the money, he will be able to receive it on the territory of Kazakhstan, presenting his passport and code.
