Instructions

Step 1

The submission of a declaration of income is not only regulated in terms of timing, but also in form. The document was approved by a government decree. To fill in the declaration correctly, you will need: a certificate of income in the form of 2NDFL for the reporting period (12 months from January to December), certificates of additional earnings, if any, from all workplaces, information on non-core income (assets, benefits, income from promotions, etc.). Information about property (registration certificate), information about vehicles (registration certificate or PTS), bank statements on the state of income as of December 31, 2014, including information on property obligations.

Step 2

The declaration is divided into five sections. When filling out the first section "Information on income", indicate in column 3 of paragraph 1 the total earnings at the main place of work for 12 months of the reporting year. In paragraph 2 - income from teaching, in paragraph 3 - from scientific, in paragraph 4 - from creative (these are fees). Points five to seven - be careful - must correspond to the information that you indicate in the section "Information about funds in bank accounts", so do not rush to fill out these lines. Line 8 is the total amount of all income, enter it only when you are completely sure that you have taken into account all cash receipts for the year, including "other income", i.e. money from the sale of property (car, moped, garage, etc.)

Step 3

Fill in the Property Information section on the basis of documents confirming your ownership of real estate. The state is interested not only in the type - an apartment or a townhouse, but also their area, your share of the property, as well as the address of location, which, by the way, is a secret and will not be published in open sources. Fill in the "Vehicles" section in the same way.

Step 4

In the "Information about funds …" you need to indicate the full name of the bank-custodian of your savings, the type and currency of the account, as well as the date of its opening, account number (16 or 22 digits), the balance of funds as of December 31. Write everything, including pennies.

Step 5

In theory, a civil servant should not have securities, this contradicts the law "On State Civil Service", nevertheless, the corresponding section is in the income statement, so you need to indicate either "I do not have", or honestly tell everything about a commercial organization that you suddenly became a co-owner.

Step 6

Section 5 is completed if you do not have your own home, but live, for example, with your parents. In this case, you need to indicate their address, and in the column "basis of use" write "actual provision". Likewise, if you use a garage, summer cottage, lake, etc.

Step 7

The sixth section contains information about your obligations, here again you will need bank statements about your loans. You will have to indicate to whom and how much you owe, when and at what percentage.
