To live on 1000 rubles a month is an out of the ordinary act. And like any extreme actions, it can be done only occasionally, not regularly. Otherwise it is dangerous for health and psyche. To survive, a person only needs a little food, water and a warm place to sleep. No one has ever died without the internet, cellular communication, and fitness. You can also refuse to pay utility bills for a month. You will have to forget about such concepts as “ashamed”, “inconvenient”, “tasteless”, “boring” for a while. Living on 1000 rubles a month will require endurance, good health, iron discipline and healthy impudence.
Instructions
Step 1
Revision the products in your home. Before you had to live on 1,000 rubles a month, you somehow lived somewhere. Some products from a past life, most likely, remained. Rummaging through the "bottom" you can find so many cereals, pasta and sugar that it is quite possible to stretch out on them for a month. And spend a thousand rubles on chocolates at the end of the week as a bonus.
Step 2
Write down a list of the required products to purchase. Sausage, marshmallow, avocado and instant porridge are not included. It is necessary to proceed from the cost of products and their nutritional value. For example, a can of stewed meat costs an average of 50 rubles, for 400 rubles you can buy 8 cans, two for a week. There is still 600 rubles left. They can buy a bunch of useful products: 1 liter of vegetable oil - 40 rubles 3 dozen eggs - 90 rubles 1 kg of rice - 40 rubles 1 kg of carrots - 13 rubles 1 kg of onions - 15 rubles 2 kg of vermicelli - 50 rubles.1 kg of buckwheat - 87 rubles. 2 kg of oatmeal - 30 rubles. 2 kg of crackers - 25 rubles Total together with stew - 990 rubles. The list is approximate and may change depending on taste and price fluctuations.
Step 3
Make a menu for each week, based only on what you have. Strictly adhere to the menu and remember to cook as varied as possible. Keep in mind that from one can of stew, for example, you can cook 4 dishes for one person: buckwheat soup with stew, navy pasta, rice with carrots, onions and stew and stewed potatoes.
Step 4
Cook often and in small portions. You should not boil a huge pot of porridge for several days. Otherwise, after a couple of days you will be turned back from the dish, which at first went with a bang.
Step 5
Call all friends, acquaintances, colleagues, if there is money left on the phone. And if you have access to the Internet, do not forget about communication on social networks. Ask for a visit under any pretext. Arriving, with an embarrassed smile, tell them that you fell, the wine broke, fragments from the bottle got into the cake, and the wallet was forgotten at home. The owners may not believe, but they will not be kicked out. On the contrary, they will make them sit at the table and feed them. The main thing is not to go to the same address several times.
Step 6
Commit a minor legal violation. It is desirable in front of the police building or in the area of visibility of the precinct. The likelihood that you will be provided with free food for 15 days is high. It will hardly be tasty, but this is not part of your goals.
Step 7
Get a job in a large cafeteria, preferably in a hospital or school. They will gladly take you as a dishwasher or a loader. In such places, the old Soviet order often still remains, and workers eat there as well. And by no means what they brought from home. You will be provided with breakfast or lunch, and maybe bring something for dinner.
Step 8
Join the society of sun-eaters. They claim that they can feed exclusively on the energy of the sun. Having adopted such a precious experience, the thousand rubles saved can be spent not on food, but on other useful acquisitions.
