If you have activated the SMS-informing service, the bank itself will inform you about the crediting of money to the account. Some credit institutions send notifications about all transactions, including crediting of funds, and by e-mail. You can also find out if there have been receipts through Internet banking, ATM, by phone or during a personal visit to the bank.
It is necessary
- - bank card;
- - computer with Internet access;
- - telephone (landline or mobile);
- - ATM;
- - passport.
Instructions
Step 1
To check your account via Internet banking, you just need to log in to it. If the information on the state of accounts does not open immediately, go to the required tab (for example, "Accounts"). Depending on the bank, the account balance and the last transactions on it can be seen in the general list of accounts. In some cases, you will need to go to the detailed information on the account or card of interest.
Step 2
If your bank has telephone or mobile banking, you can find out about the account balance by calling the phone number indicated on the back of the card and following the instructions of the autoinformer. This information will allow you to understand whether the expected amount has been credited to the card or not.
In mobile banking, you can often find out the balance by SMS by sending a message to the number indicated in the instructions for users or on the bank's website.
Step 3
To check an account through an ATM, insert the card into the device, enter the PIN-code and select the "Account balance" option or with another name similar in meaning. The available amount will be displayed at your choice on the screen or on a check, in some cases - only on a check.
After receiving the information, you can continue operations or pick up the card.
Step 4
When visiting the bank, show the operator your passport and card and tell them that you would like to know about the account balance and the latest receipts.
