Step 1
Open the website of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation and go to the section "Registration of individuals", in which click on the link "Find out the TIN". On this page you can find out the TIN by passport data, but only if you have previously received your individual number. Otherwise, go to the page https://service.nalog.ru/zpufl/ and read the information on how to get the TIN. You can register for tax registration in one of 3 ways: in person at the tax authority, by registered mail by mail or in electronic form.
Step 2

Step 3
Through this service, you can also find out the TIN of another individual or legal entity by passport data. To do this, you will need to indicate all your data, as well as the data of another person. The site will only show information about whether the person you are interested in has its own TIN. To find out the full number, you will need to personally visit the tax office, presenting your passport, a copy of the passport of an individual, a document certifying the authority of a representative, as well as a paid receipt, which costs 100 rubles.
