We all throw ourselves off from time to time. Life itself has taught us that together we can do a little more. Crowdfunding and crowdinvesting are gaining momentum both in Russia and abroad. What is crowdinvesting?
Crowdinvesting is a term that consists of two English words: "crowd", which means "crowd", or "a large number of people" and "investing" - "invest", "investing". Crowdinvesting is the co-financing of a commercial enterprise that promises to be successful: later, when the enterprise begins to make a profit, all investors will be able to receive it in the form of dividends. One such commercial project may require a large number of people who can invest even small amounts. In countries where there are good conditions for such microinvestment, literally several tens of dollars can be invested in a startup (start-up). Such a project can receive investments both entirely through crowdinvesting and from private investors.
In Russia, crowdinvesting is developing rather slowly. The main reason for this is the lack of a necessary and well-thought-out legislative framework, as well as successful examples of such projects. Also, investors can invest money in more familiar ways: there are mutual funds, there are deposits and the opportunity to invest in real estate. In addition, there are no sites in runet that would allow you to easily and quickly make an investment for a small amount. I would like to believe that over time, crowdinvesting will become more popular in Russia.
