In order to register an individual entrepreneur in Voronezh, you just need to collect the necessary package of documents and submit it to the Unified Registration Center in person or send it by registered mail by mail.
Instructions
Step 1
Decide what exactly your organization, registered in the form of IE, will do. Select the types of economic activities according to the OKVED directory (at least 3).
Step 2
If you are going to send documents by mail, contact a notary and certify copies of all documents required for registration, namely: - passport (with permanent or temporary registration in Voronezh); - INN; - SNILS.
Step 3
If you are not a citizen of the Russian Federation, but decided to register an individual entrepreneur in Voronezh, you will need a notarized translation of your passport into Russian, as well as a temporary residence permit or residence permit.
Step 4
Contact the office of the tax service or the ECR (Karl Marksa st., 46) and take the application form for registration of an individual entrepreneur in the form of P21001 or download it from the sites www.nalog.ru or www.gosuslugi.ru. Indicate in the application: - your full name, gender, date of birth, citizenship, residence address, contact phone number; - passport details; - types of economic activities.
Step 5
Provide in the application a list of documents required for registration. Have it certified by a notary. Select a taxation system and draw up an application for tax registration in the form of UTII-2 (UTII) or 2-5-Accounting (USN).
Step 6
Pay the state duty in the prescribed amount. Submit all documents in person or send them by registered mail by mail to the ECR address (394006, Voronezh, Karl Marx St., 46). Together with them, you can submit or send applications for registration with extra-budgetary funds and Rosstat. Step 7
Receive in 5 working days a certificate of registration of an individual entrepreneur, a certificate of tax registration, an extract from the USRIP, statistics codes and notifications from non-budgetary funds. You can receive these documents by mail by presenting your passport and notification.
