You can easily invest in tourism or restaurant business, open hotels, cafes and restaurants - there are no strict restrictions for foreigners.

Decide which organizational form is best for your business. There are only two main forms. When arriving in Thailand, contact the Commerce Service. There you will be given a list of documents required to register a business. It may differ depending on the specifics of your future business. Questions related to the purchase of land, if necessary for your business, are resolved in the Land Department.
Step 5
Pay the cost of registering a business. In most cases, it is 0.5% of the declared authorized capital.
