Choose one of the two paths that all taxi services follow - organizing your own taxi fleet or working with chauffeurs who have vehicles. In the first case, of course, the initial capital will be required, several times exceeding the funds required to organize a dispatch service, which would only coordinate the work of taxi drivers on their own cars. But it will be easier to create a recognizable "face" of the company and control the level of quality of the services provided, having its own fleet of cars.

Step 2

Buy or lease cars if you prefer the first option for organizing a taxi service. For a start, only ten cars may be enough, later, of course, the taxi fleet will expand. In order for drivers to have an incentive to treat your cars with care, they need to be given the opportunity to buy them back.

Step 3

Organize a recruitment of taxi drivers (with / without a personal car, depending on how your taxi ordering service works). You need to be ready to constantly search for drivers, because you cannot do without “staff turnover” in the taxi business - drivers who commit gross violations of the rules of work in your company will need to be fired immediately.

Step 4

Equip the office (dispatch) of your transport company specializing in the transport of people. Most of the companies operating in the taxi market use radio communications, for which they usually buy portable radios, and install radios in cars. Naturally, it is necessary to receive orders and a multichannel telephone, as well as the dispatchers themselves, who work on a permanent basis (their number depends on the size of the company).

Step 5

Make a name for yourself and make your company remembered. The two most important components in the advertising policy of a service are its name and phone number, both of which should "catch the eye" of potential customers and "get stuck" in their memory. Taxi advertising should be placed on cars, and besides, it is worth distributing advertising business cards or leaflets, which will highlight the attractive features of your company for the customer - “cheap taxi”, “express taxi”, “taxi for women”, “VIP- taxi ", etc.
