Depending on this, in the 1C: Enterprise program, the write-off of defective products is carried out in different ways. This also takes into account the presence of a responsible person and the possibility of correcting the marriage.
Instructions
Step 1
Launch the 1C: Enterprise program. Issue the document "Return from the buyer" if the defective item was found after the sale. Mark in the column of the document "Quality" - "Marriage". If the defect was found in the warehouse of the enterprise, then the document "Production release" is drawn up, in which the corresponding number is indicated in the column "Number of defective products". After that, you need to create a document "Moving through warehouses" if the goods are sent to the warehouse for corrections. If it is impossible to correct the defect, then the products must be written off.
Step 2
Write off the marriage in the "1C: Enterprise" program by filling out the document "Write-off of defective inventories". Note the cost of the defective product, which will be reflected on account 28 "Defect in production". If the goods can be disassembled, then the document "Capitalization of inventories from marriage" is drawn up and the cost of the materials received is indicated in it, which are debited from account 28.
Step 3
Assign some of the cost of the marriage to the person in charge. In this case, the document "Other costs" opens, which indicates the type of transactions "Write-off". Indicate the amount and cost item "Manufacturing marriage". Select account 73.02 “Calculations for compensation for material damage.
Step 4
Check the correctness of writing off the marriage in the "1C: Enterprise" program. To do this, open accounting. If everything is done correctly, the write-off of defective products from the warehouse will be reflected on the credit of account 43 "Finished products" and the debit of account 28. After that, the posting of materials from the analysis of the marriage is reflected on the debit of account 10.1 "Raw materials and materials". The closing of the month is carried out by transferring to the debit of account 20 "Main production" the balance on the credit of account 28. The transfer of the marriage for correction is reflected in the credit of account 10.1 and the debit of account 28.
