It is necessary

  • - passport;
  • - employment history;
  • - birth certificate;
  • - Marriage certificate;
  • - certificate of the Social Individual Code (SIC);
  • - birth certificates of children (for mothers with many children).

Instructions

Step 1

Determine if you are eligible for a pension. In Kazakhstan, men receive a full labor pension on reaching 63 years of age with a work experience of at least 25 years, and women from 58 years old (if they have five or more children, from 53 years old) who have worked for at least 20 years. With less seniority, you can count on obtaining a partial old-age pension.

Step 2

Prepare the required documents. Order a certificate from the passport office or an extract from the house book about the place of residence. Also, if not all places of work are indicated in your work book, get a certificate of unspecified length of service in the city or regional archive. It should contain information about your employer, position and length of work.

Step 3

At work, get a certificate of income. It must be for any three years from 1995 until retirement. If you worked as a sole proprietor, obtain a certificate of income for the same three years from the Tax Office at the place of registration of the entrepreneur. Also, order a certified copy of the work record book from the HR department or provide it yourself if you are no longer working.

Step 4

Make photocopies of all documents. If necessary, also open a bank account and prepare a paper with its details.

Step 5

With the originals and copies, come to the State Center for the Payment of Pensions (SCVP). Its coordinates can be found in various reference books or on the official website of the center. There, take an application from the employee and fill it out. Submit the originals of the documents, and hand the copies together with the application to the center employee.

Step 6

After submitting all the documents, the pension will be credited to you on the account you specified.
