Give the cashier the money you want to transfer and pay the shipping fee. Get a special payment number with which you can track the transfer (in the WU system it is called the Money Transfer Control Number, in Moneygram - the Reference Number).

Next, you need to notify the recipient that money has been sent to his name through a certain payment system. You can tell him the payment number, but this is not a prerequisite for receiving money. After 10-15 minutes, the recipient can pick up the transferred funds at the company's branch by presenting an identity document.
