The housing issue will remain the most difficult in the life of any person for more than one year. Over time, the co-owners of apartment meters change. And now, not relatives, but completely strangers are forced to live in the same apartment. However, utilities still come common to all living quarters without taking into account the different budgets of people living there. In this case, the law allows you to divide a personal account into an apartment in such a way that each of their co-owners pays only their share of the apartment.

Passport, title documents for the apartment

Instructions

Step 1

To divide the personal utility bill for an apartment, you must have all the documents of title to the apartment. In the certificate of state registration, the share of each co-owner of the housing is indicated. Try to come to an agreement with the rest of the apartment owners regarding the established procedure for using the premises.

Step 2

If the order of use in your apartment is actually fixed and is not disputed by any of the parties, reflect your agreement on the use of the apartment in writing. This document must be officially certified by a notary. In this case, the personal presence of all adult co-owners of the dwelling or their legal representatives is required.

Step 3

If there is no agreement between the owners of the apartment on the procedure for using the residential premises, go to court. Make a statement of claim, in which indicate your claims and rights to this apartment. Describe the composition of your family and present the desired procedure for using this room. Submit an application to the district court, attach a paid receipt for state duty and your documents of title to the apartment. In the absence of a violation of the rights of others, the court will approve your order of use.

Step 4

Take the court decision or a voluntarily signed co-owner agreement, certified by a notary, to the managing organization (MA) serving your home. Write in the same place an application for the section of personal bills for utility bills. Describe the size of your share in the apartment and the number of parts into which you need to divide your personal account. In addition to the document on the procedure for use, submit to the UO your title documents for the apartment.

Step 5

The managing organization will keep several personal accounts for the maintenance of your apartment. After that, a separate receipt will be sent to your name, according to which you will pay utility bills only according to your share.
