NPO (non-profit organization) - an organization that does not aim to make a profit. NPOs can be created to protect health, develop sports, to achieve scientific, educational, managerial, cultural, charitable, social and other goals.

Instructions
Step 1
To formalize a non-profit organization, convene a constituent assembly and confirm at it the intention to create an NCO, as well as accept and approve the Charter and constituent documents: the memorandum of association, the general meeting agreement or the owner's decision to create.
Step 2
Make sure that the documents contain the name of the organization, the procedure and conditions for joining and leaving the NPO, the place of establishment, sources of formation of property and information on its use in case of liquidation of the organization.
Step 3
If you are creating a non-profit organization as an individual, prepare the following documents: two copies of your passport; letter of guarantee addressed to the registration authority. Also, write down the postal code of the place of registration, think over the name of the NPO (this is an assumed name, in the future it will be discussed in the Ministry of Justice). If you are not a citizen of the Russian Federation, prepare also a notary-certified translation of the main document confirming your identity in your country of residence.
Step 4
If you are a legal entity and are going to register an NPO, prepare a copy of the certificate of registration of the legal entity, a copy of the certificate that you are tax registered. And also an extract from the unified register of legal entities (its prescription should not exceed 14 days from the date of receipt), a copy of the first two pages of the CEO's passport, as well as the postal code of the place of registration.
Step 5
Contact the territorial body of the Ministry of Justice and provide them with a set of documents for registration. Amend the documents as requested by the Ministry of Justice.
Step 6
Wait two weeks and receive documents that have been registered with the Ministry of Justice and put on tax records (the territorial tax office must register a registered trade organization itself). Pay the state fee for registering an NPO in the amount of 4000 rubles.
