Grant subsidies for the purchase of housing can be provided to citizens who are recognized in the manner prescribed by law in need of better housing conditions or who do not have housing. The size of the cost of one square meter of housing, which is paid under the subsidy, is recalculated taking into account changes in prices in the real estate market.
Instructions
Step 1
The subsidy cannot cover all the costs associated with the purchase of housing, therefore, if you decide to receive a free government subsidy instead of receiving a social apartment, you must take into account the fact that you will have to pay extra for housing yourself.
Step 2
The rate of living space, which is paid for by the subsidy provided, may be different in the regions, since the social standards provided for one person differ significantly. So, for example, for the city of Moscow, the standards developed for payment per person are equal to 36 square meters. For a family of two, social norms are 50 square meters, for three people 70 square meters, for four - 85 square meters, and if the family consists of more than 5 people, each will be provided with 18 square meters. Whereas in the regions these norms can be significantly lower.
Step 3
The final amount of the subsidy provided is calculated according to the formula M x C x P, where M is the required square meters provided to a citizen in need, C is the cost of one square meter of housing, which is reviewed annually by members of the housing commission, taking into account changes in the real estate market, P is the interest rate issued subsidies.
Step 4
A lonely citizen registered with housing will be paid 60% of the cost of 36 square meters, and the price of 1 square meter will not depend on the real cost of an apartment, but is calculated based on the norms determined by the housing commission.
Step 5
A family of two will be paid for 50 square meters of housing at the rate of 67%, calculated according to the standards. A family of three citizens will be paid 65% based on the established cost of 70 square meters of housing. A family of four citizens - 64%. The formula for calculating the subsidy provided to a family of five citizens will look like this: multiply 18 square meters by the established cost of 1 square meter and multiply by 70%.
