There, find the conditions for receiving labor pensions, seniority pensions, disability pensions, pensions that are provided to victims of man-made disasters.
Step 2
When you find out that you are subject to one of the necessary conditions, be sure to proceed with the preparation of the relevant documents. If you were previously paid a retirement benefit, then most of the documents that were prepared for applying for a pension will work. Take your last payment statements to make a claim.
Step 3
All pension issues are handled by the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation. With the collected extracts and documents, contact the local branch of this department. All your questions will be answered there.
Step 4
Each branch of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation has sample applications. Ask for a copy and use it to make a statement. It must contain all the information about the person and list all the necessary documents confirming his right to receive a pension.
Step 5
After submitting your application and documents, expect a response. The time frame for which a decision must be made is strictly regulated. In this case, the application will be pending for a maximum of 10 days.
