Step 1

Check out the possibilities for opening a pizzeria in your city. If this is a large enough settlement, then the level of competition can be high, which is not the best option for a beginner to get started. So, if possible, focus on small cities or, in extreme cases, on those areas where, even with competitors, you can make money. These are, first of all, station squares, markets, parks, student campuses.

Step 2

Prepare a sample menu for your pizzeria. Indeed, depending on what products you need, you will have to decide what equipment to buy. So, according to sanitary rules, meat, fish, vegetables should be stored in different refrigerators or at least refrigerated chambers. Therefore, if you are on a budget, you will have to limit yourself to only a few pizza names for now.

Step 3

Decide which room you need for your pizzeria. Perhaps you will limit yourself to a trailer or open a small department in a shopping center. If you can afford it, rent a building that can house a cafe, a pizza shop and a dispatch office for receiving orders for delivery. In any case, you will need to contact the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service and agree on the suitability of the selected premises for the needs of the pizzeria. Draw up, taking into account the comments of the SES, a new technological project, make repairs and redevelopment, if necessary. The trailer must also be fully equipped and hygienic. Get an opinion from the state fire service department.

Step 4

Find suppliers of raw materials (or semi-finished products) and equipment. Even the smallest pizzeria will need a separator, a kneading machine, a pizza press (or a dough rolling machine), a special pizza picking table, and an oven. In addition, if you decide to buy raw materials, and not semi-finished products, you will need to purchase a vegetable cutter, slicer, blender, cheese grater.

Step 5

Contact SES again and finally agree on the program for organizing and conducting production control. Conclude an agreement with the laboratory for the research of food, utensils, water, lighting, noise, etc. Obtain all certificates of conformity.

Step 6

Place advertisements in newspapers and on the Internet for recruiting. Even if you yourself plan to be engaged in the preparation and sale of pizza, you will need assistants - a cook, a seller (waiter), a delivery person (if you plan to carry it out).

Step 7

Register an emergency and receive a certificate of entering your production into the Trade Register.
