Instructions
Step 1
If there are several founders of your company, create a constituent assembly and make a decision on changing the name of the organization in the form of a protocol signed by the chairman of the board of founders and the secretary of the constituent assembly. The document is certified by the seal of the company, a number and date are assigned to it.
Step 2
When the founder of the company is alone, he makes the sole decision to change the name of the company, which he himself signs and affirms with the seal of the organization.
Step 3
Rewrite your company's articles of association with the new name. Confirm it with the new seal of the organization, which also contains the name of the company, taxpayer identification number, registration code, address of the location of the company.
Step 4
Write a request to the tax office at the location of the enterprise for a copy of the new edition of the charter, which includes the new name of the company, indicate the number of the decision to change the name and the date it was drawn up. Payment for the provision of this service is four hundred rubles.
Step 5
Fill out an application in the p13001 form, enter on the first page the name of the enterprise in accordance with the constituent documents, information about which is entered in the unified state register, indicate the main state registration number, taxpayer identification number and registration code in accordance with the current documents. On sheet A of the application, write the full and abbreviated new name of the organization in Russian.
Step 6
Pay the state fee at the branch or central office of the bank in the amount of eight hundred rubles. Take a copy of this receipt.
Step 7
Fill out the first sheet of the p14001 form and sheet A of this application, indicate the new name of the enterprise only on the sheet where the changes are made, the rest of the form should contain only the information that is contained in the state register at the present time.
Step 8
Sew the required package of documents and hand it over to the registration chamber, and within five days the name of the enterprise will be changed in the state register of legal entities.
