A tender is a special form of placing an order, during which the customer can evaluate all the proposals of the participants and choose the best one. Participation in tenders is very important for enterprises, as it allows them to receive a permanent, well-paid order and thereby expand their activities. Instructions
Step 1
List the main sources of information on tenders in your area. These include: newspapers, financial magazines, large enterprises and, of course, various sites on the Internet. The last option is the most informative and practical, since the sources can be both independent information portals and the official websites of large companies.
Step 2
Use the official website of the Government of the Russian Federation for placing orders: www.zakupki.gov.ru. Go through the registration procedure. To work with the closed part of the site, you need to download and install the CryptoPro CSP program on your personal computer. It will allow you to more informatively receive all the information about the tenders you are interested in.
Step 3
Select one of the search methods on the main page in the right menu. You can view all orders or select a list by region. After clicking on the link "All orders", a register of published orders will appear. Enter the search parameters for the required tender. To do this, specify one of the order placement methods, the initial contract price and the currency. You can also view all available tenders, but this is a rather laborious process.
Step 4
Click the "Find" button and analyze the result. If your company is unable to work with remote tenders, then go to the "Orders by region" section. Here, specify the "Federal District" and "Region" you are interested in, and then also click the "Find" button.
Step 5
Contact large enterprises in your region or visit their official websites. If they are not currently placing a tender, then please leave a request to inform you about future orders in which you could participate.
