Instructions

Step 1

If the exchange of data will be carried out between different configurations of 1C, then before transferring users, weigh the accompanying factors: versions of 1C configurations, the availability of downloads, with which it would be possible to exchange data between certain configurations and other operational issues.

Step 2

Please note that if standard tools are not available that are designed to carry out such an exchange of information, then the transfer of 1C users will become too time-consuming task. In this case, you will need not only to take into account the peculiarities of 1C configurations, but also to provide such an intermediate storage object, where the data would be stored after unloading from one 1C configuration and before loading into another.

Step 3

To transfer users from the "1C: Accounting 8" infobase to the SysTecs program base, use the special interface - the assistant "Import of users from 1C: Accounting 8". At the first snack, the list of 1C: Accounting 8 users who are not in the SysTecs software database will be highlighted in green.

Step 4

To transfer users to the SysTecs software database, check the box next to each such user in the "Import" column and click on the "Import Users" button.

Step 5

When transferring a list of users from one 1C database to another through an XML file, processing on disk will generate an XML file, and also load users from this file into the database.

Step 6

Please note that during the unloading of the list of users, all data about each of these users is unloaded, of course, except for the password and the set of roles assigned to them.

Step 7

The procedure for copying the working database to another computer will look like this: go to the database in the “Configurator” mode, open the “Administration” menu item and select “Save data” (with dbf version) or “Upload data” (with SQL version), then in the window that appears on the screen, specify the name of the archive and save it or unload it.

Step 8

On the second computer, start 1C and click the "Add" button, while registering the path to the directory. Then in the "Administration" menu of the second computer, select "Load data" or "Restore data" and start the process of transferring information data.
