Licensing is a form of state control over entrepreneurial activity. It is regulated by the Federal Law of 08.08.2001 No. 128-FZ, in the appendix to which are listed those types of economic activities that can be carried out only with a special permit - a license. If your business is subject to this law, you need to prepare documents to obtain this permit.
Instructions
Step 1
Write an application in any form with a request to provide a license in the name of the head of the territorial body that carries out licensing for this type of activity. The application is written in any form, in the text indicate the full name of the legal entity and other information about it.
Step 2
Attach to the application a list of documents that confirm your right to carry out this type of business. The list of documents must be numbered and the number of pages in each of them must be indicated.
Step 3
Specify in advance what documents you will need to prepare, since their list for different types of activities may differ significantly. In addition, the licensing authority can present its own requirements for registration.
Step 4
Pay the state fee for the consideration of your application by the licensing authority and attach to the package of documents a payment document confirming this fact or a copy of it.
Step 5
Check out the specific licensing regulation for the type of activity that you intend to issue. It contains a list of those documents that will be required. Make copies of the constituent documents that need to be notarized. If you do not want to certify copies, you will have to attach the originals.
Step 6
Make copies of the documents, the list of which is determined by the regulation. For documents containing more than two sheets, number and lace up, sealing the ends of the cord with a piece of white paper pasted over them with your signature and seal of the company.
Step 7
File all documents in a separate file. Make a cover page on which write the name of your business and indicate the type of activity for which you want to obtain a license.
Step 8
Submit the documents to the licensing authority and submit them according to the inventory. Receive this inventory with a note on the date of receipt of documents. Your application must be reviewed within 45 calendar days. For some types of activities, this period may be reduced.
