Today, when the situation on the labor market turns out to be difficult for many, the services of additional education centers are especially in demand. It is profitable to conduct courses that allow people to acquire new practical skills, and sometimes retrain, and this kind of activity does not require large expenditures. Here's what you need to do if you are going to organize educational courses yourself.
It is necessary
- 1. Premises
- 2. Training equipment
- 3. Administrative staff and teachers
- 4. Educational programs for each course
- 5. State license
Instructions
Step 1
Decide which specialties you want and have the opportunity to conduct, create a concept that unifies the diverse curricula. A more or less standard set of disciplines, usual for "centers of excellence" (accounting, personnel records management, secretary-assistant) can be supplemented by courses organized according to the principle of trainings that develop certain personal qualities.
Step 2
Find a room where the training sessions will take place. A successful and widespread solution to this problem is renting space in any municipal educational institution. You can rent classrooms only for the duration of the class and significantly save on rent.
Step 3
Invite teachers and others to help you with organizational issues to work at your continuing education center. The staff must have several secretaries-consultants, an accountant and - preferably - an administrator. Teachers are recruited on a part-time basis with hourly pay.
Step 4
Purchase the necessary equipment if it is not available in the premises you are renting. You will definitely need to equip one class with computers, it is also advisable to use a media projector in your work. In addition, in order to be licensed, an organization conducting professional courses must have a set of educational literature.
Step 5
Obtain the license you need to conduct educational activities. To do this, submit to the Education Committee all data about your educational institution (including curricula) and constituent documents.
