The unified forms are called statistical reporting forms, each of them has a unique code and name.

Statistical reporting forms are submitted at regular intervals. The data presented in them are processed in a single computing center of Rosstat, based on them, summary tables are compiled - the basis for obtaining statistical data in any economic sector, which can be differentiated by time, forms of ownership and organizational and legal, by type of activity and territorial basis.

Statistical reporting is the basis for forecasting necessary for the state to be able to carry out its functions in a planned manner. This information is used by all levels of government. It allows you to monitor and track the dynamics of industrial production by branches of economic and economic activity, to carry out a comparative analysis in order to optimize and improve the efficiency of public administration.

Who submits statistical reporting

Enterprises and organizations of any form of ownership are obliged to submit statistical reports within the established time frame. But the frequency of its submission and the list of required forms depends on how many employees work at the enterprise. Those of them where the number of employees does not exceed 100 people are considered small and medium-sized businesses. For them, there is a simplified procedure for compiling statistical reports.

For these enterprises, there is also a special procedure for submitting statistical reports. All of them must be required to report once every 5 years, and only those who fall into a random sample of Rosstat submit reports on a monthly basis. It also indicates in what form it is necessary to submit reports to a particular enterprise.
