It is advisable that you keep documents confirming the fact of purchase, for example, a receipt for cash on delivery. If the company agrees to return the money to you, discuss the terms of payment. The easiest way is if the office of the organization is located in your city. In this case, money can even be transferred to you in cash. If there is no such office, you can ask to transfer the money to a bank account or send it by postal order.
