The owner himself can manage the production at the initial stage, it is desirable to have engineering and technical specialists on the staff, but not necessarily. But it will be difficult to do without an accountant, it is better to entrust this area of work to a professional right away.

Begin your search for clients by planning ahead of time a sales strategy for your new firm.
