Upon completion of the construction of a house or other real estate object, it is necessary to conduct an initial technical inventory and put the house into operation. To do this, you need to obtain a full set of permits that are required to put a new house into operation.
Instructions
Step 1
Carry out legal registration based on the results of construction. To do this, you should contact the local government with a written application for convening the selection committee so that they can consider the possibility of putting the property into operation, the construction of which has recently been completed.
Step 2
Consider the stages of putting the completed construction of a country house into operation: - Carrying out an initial technical inventory, which includes: drawing up an act on land allotment; obtaining a certificate of registration of ownership of land; the decision of the Chapter Ordinance authorizing design and construction; obtaining a construction permit; approval and coordination of the house project; a certified plan of the land plot by those bodies that are responsible for carrying out the necessary cadastral work. - Obtaining a document of acceptance of the house (completed construction) in the form of an act.
Step 3
Provide the necessary approvals with the following persons: the chief architect, the chairman of the committee for land management and land resources, the state inspector of the Main Directorate of Natural Resources, the head of the territorial administration, the head of the State Fire Service, the director of the branch of the State Regional Bureau of Technical Inventory, the head of the State Inspectorate for Architectural and Construction Supervision.
Step 4
Get an opinion from the authorities of the State Architectural Construction Supervision. To do this, collect the following documents: - Certificate confirming state registration and the right to land; - Resolution of the head of the city (district), confirming permission for design and construction; - Resolution on the allocation of this land plot; - Construction passport, construction plan on the site, permit letter of construction; - Approved and agreed development project; - Registration card of GASK; - Documents on the initial technical inventory; - Act of the admission committee; - Power of attorney or civil passport; - Registry identifier number; - Documents of agreement with the relevant services of various engineering communications (water supply, sewerage, gas supply, electricity); - Receipts for the purchase of the necessary autonomous fire detectors.
Step 5
Get an order from the head of the City Administration to put the house into operation. Acceptance of the completed construction object is formalized by the act of the selection committee, which must be approved by the head of the municipality.
