Next, fill out an insured person's questionnaire for each employee. Do not forget to indicate the length of service. Fill in all the data very carefully. If you make a mistake somewhere, you will be returned a report.

Next, form the SZV 6-2. Fill out this form for each employee. Indicate all its accruals for the period for which you are reporting. Indicate the assessed and paid contributions. If the employee is older than 1967, then only the insurance part is paid, in 2011 it is 26%. For workers in 1967 and younger, insurance premiums for the insurance part are 20% and the cumulative part of insurance premiums is 6%.

When uploading data to a file, carefully follow the path where you upload the data. Then, in a special verification program, which is also on the pension fund's website, you check the report. If there are no errors, proceed to printing and download the files to a USB flash drive. Select all documents when you print. The program will print you individual information, a list of employees and ADV-6-2. Documents are needed in 3 copies.

Then stitch together 2 copies of the SZV and the List. ADV is not stapled. Chip off the third copy. Put your signatures and seals. And carry to the Pension Fund and reports, and a flash drive.
