This is often done through certification. The procedure for obtaining a certificate of conformity is not as simple as it might seem at first glance.

Instructions
Step 1
First, you need to get advice on the procedure for filing an application with a certification body. After that, send an application in the established form for certification, provide a sample and technical documentation for the products and pay for the certification.
Step 2
Collect the required documents. To obtain a certificate, attach the manufacturer's guarantees to the application for the products that are subject to certification, sanitary and hygienic certificates, fire safety certificates, etc. (depending on which product you would like to certify), copies of the existing certificates issued by the competent organizations of the country of manufacture (if any), as well as regulatory and technical documentation for manufactured or imported products.
Step 3
The certification body will consider your application within a period of no more than two weeks and will inform its decision on the conditions and procedure for certification, analyze the state of production (if provided by the certification scheme) and take samples of products for its identification. Or assign it to another competent organization.
Step 4
Further, the laboratory carries out sampling and testing. The laboratory then issues a test report to obtain a certificate.
Step 5
The certification body assesses the conformity of the declared products to the established requirements and decides whether to issue a certificate or refuse. If a positive decision is made, a certificate of conformity is issued, which is entered into the State Register of the GOST R certification system.
Step 6
After passing all the procedures, a certificate of conformity is issued to the applicant.
