Semi-finished products are quite popular in the food market, so the workshop for their production is a profitable and reliable form of business. How do I open it?
Instructions
Step 1
Study the market conditions, determine the suppliers of raw materials available in your city and the possible places of sale of finished products. Develop a business plan on your own or with the help of specialists. Compare the conditions offered by raw material suppliers and choose the best option.
Step 2
Rent the necessary space. Take into account all necessary hygiene and safety requirements, as well as fire safety issues. If the supervisory authorities find the working conditions unsuitable, you will not receive a work permit.
Step 3
Purchase the necessary equipment, taking into account the possibilities of marketing the products. It is more advisable to start with small volumes of product release, as you may have difficulties with the implementation. You can choose a complete processing line for the production of small batches of semi-finished products. If you assume that only part of the process will be automatic, and for example, molding or packaging of products will be done manually, you can purchase only those devices that are necessary.
Step 4
Pick up all the necessary regulatory and technical documentation, especially if you are dealing with semi-finished meat products. Then agree on the production conditions with the Sanitary and Epidemiological Station and go through the certification procedure.
Step 5
Select and train staff. Each employee must have a health book and annually undergo a medical examination at the expense of the enterprise.
Step 6
Agree with suppliers of raw materials. It is best if the producers of raw materials are located nearby. For example, it is advisable to locate a workshop for the production of semi-finished meat products near the meat processing plant, to reduce transportation costs.
Step 7
Take care of the packaging. It should indicate the name of the company, the composition of the product, the date and time of manufacture, and the expiration date.
Step 8
Find a place of sale, although it is better to arrange this in advance. These can be small shops, supermarkets, markets.
