Banks perceive borrowers from other cities as potentially more problematic than those registered at the place of residence in the same region where the office of the credit institution is located. But this does not mean that you can get a loan only at the place of registration. Everything is determined by the policy of a particular bank. It's just that most often the approach to residents of other constituent entities of the Russian Federation is somewhat stricter.
It is necessary

- - an additional document of your choice (passport, TIN assignment certificate, state pension insurance certificate, military ID, driver's license, etc.);
- - certificate of registration at the place of stay (not always, but in most cases);
- - documentary evidence of income (not in all cases);
- - other documents at the discretion of the bank (for example, certificates of ownership of real estate, vehicle).

Step 1
Select a specific bank and loan product you are interested in. To do this, study the offers of several credit organizations: compare interest rates, additional commissions, read customer reviews about the bank as a whole and, if possible, about branches in the region in which you want to use its services. Information about the bank's policy in relation to borrowers from other cities on its website is usually not. To do this, you will have to ask questions of interest by visiting a bank branch or by calling the call center.

When contacting the bank, immediately say that you live and plan to use the services of the bank in a different region where you are permanently registered. When applying for various loan options, in which the purpose of using the money is not stipulated (for urgent needs, for any purpose, etc.), and the acquired property does not become a subject of collateral, most often a desirable condition will be that you have registration at the place of stay for the entire loan term. You can arrange it with the help of friends, relatives or companies that provide an address for registration for a small fee. It is better not to resort to the last option: although you will be registered for a very real living space, this option is still illegal. Registered at the place of stay, you must be where you really live.
Step 3
In some cases, an alternative to registration may be sureties of individuals or legal entities or a pledge of the acquired or existing property. The undoubted advantage will also be the availability of the place of work in the region where you take out a loan.

After consulting the bank, collect the set of documents recommended by its specialists in relation to your case, and provide them to the employees of the credit institution. In case of a positive decision, you will need to visit the bank branch and sign the necessary documents. Do not forget to read them carefully before signing, demand a detailed explanation of all the points that you do not understand.
