A mobile bank is a package of services provided by Sberbank of Russia to its customers who are Sberbank cardholders. The mobile bank allows Sberbank customers to get prompt access to information related to bank cards using their phone. This is very convenient, but if you do not want to use this service anymore, you can block them or turn them off altogether.
Instructions
Step 1
As part of the above services, Sberbank sends information about transactions performed with a bank card in real time to its client's mobile phone. This information comes in the form of SMS - short text messages. The holder of a bank card can block it from a mobile phone, receive information on operations on it, the available card limit, upon request. Requests are sent to the bank in the form of all the same SMS.
Step 2
You can block or unblock mobile banking services as you wish. In addition, if you have lost your mobile phone, you can block services in order to exclude the possibility of obtaining information on your bank card / cards by third parties. To do this, you need to contact the help desk of Sberbank of Russia with a request. And to block the sim card, you should contact the mobile operator whose sim card was in the phone.
Step 3
The bank can also block services in the event that you do not have sufficient funds to pay for the mobile bank on your current account. And if payment for services on the card account is made by several phones, the services will be blocked for all phones. Sberbank, upon blocking the mobile bank, will send an SMS to each device. The services will be unblocked automatically as soon as they are paid for. In this case, upon the resumption of SMS services, SMS will be sent to all mobile phones.
Step 4
In the event that you wish to refuse to receive the services of a mobile bank, you, as the main cardholder, must contact the division of Sberbank of Russia at the place of maintaining the account of your main card, and also draw up a corresponding application.
Step 5
If the account of your card, which currently provides mobile banking services, is closed, Sberbank will automatically disconnect services without you submitting an application.
