The Mobile Banking service allows Sberbank customers to make payments and receive the necessary information about transactions performed on the account using a phone, smartphone or tablet.
By connecting the Mobile Banking service, Sberbank customers get the opportunity to make transfers, make various payments, top up their phone balance without leaving their homes and without standing in queues at the ATM.
In most cases, the "Mobile Bank" is issued by Sberbank specialists immediately after the client receives the card. If this has not happened, you can connect it in several ways. For example, by directly contacting a Sberbank branch or by calling the contact center. You can also connect the "Mobile Bank" using the terminal or via the Internet.
When this option is connected, the user can choose one of the packages: economical and full. An economical tariff is provided without a monthly fee: in this case, you will have to pay for completed SMS requests. The full package includes a large number of functions and is provided for a monthly fee, which is debited from the client's account on a monthly basis.
Service activation is available to all users registered in the Sberbank Online system. To register in it, you need to go to the corresponding page of the official website of Sberbank and find a special window in the upper left corner for entering your personal account. Below is the button "Registration". Click it and, following the wizard's prompts, complete the registration. For her, you will need a phone to which the card is attached, and the card itself. Enter the card number and click "Continue". After that, a message with a password will be sent to the phone, which will need to be specified to confirm the operation. After that, it remains to come up with your username and password, which will be used in the future to enter your personal account in the Sberbank Online system.
When the entrance to Sberbank Online is available, you need to go to your account and find the Mobile Bank section in your personal menu. Then you should go to the subsection "Connection details" and click the "Connect" button. After that, the client will be asked to fill out an application for connecting this service, in which you need to indicate one of the packages (full or economical), fill in the required fields and click the "Confirm" button. After completing the above actions, an SMS message will be sent to the client's specified phone number confirming the request to connect a mobile bank.
After activating the service, the client of Sberbank will be able to perform various operations (paying for the phone, transferring to another person's card, paying fines, making auto payments, receiving information on the account) by sending appropriate SMS requests from the phone.
You can check whether the client has the “Mobile Bank” service connected by sending an SMS message with the word “Help” or “Balance” to number 900. After that, the phone will receive an SMS with information about the balance status or how to complete some requests by map. If the service is not activated, the corresponding information will be sent in a response message.
