Step 2
Social card for persons who are registered with the social protection authorities. This card is issued in the district social protection authorities. To obtain it, you must provide:
1) civil passport or birth certificate if you are under 14 years old;
2) documents that confirm the right to social protection;
3) a policy of compulsory health insurance;
4) pension insurance certificate (SNILS). In addition, to transfer subsidies to your bank account, you need to fill out an application with the RUSZN.
Step 3
Social card for pregnant women. This card is also issued and issued at the center of social protection at the place of registration. Attach to the application:
1) civil passport;
2) a policy of compulsory health insurance;
3) a certificate of registration with an antenatal clinic for up to 20 weeks;
4) pension insurance certificate (SNILS).
