All people, one way or another, keep track of their credit history, but the credit bureau, in abbreviated form - BKI, monitors this much more closely. It depends on them what you get from the bank: money or refusal to issue a loan. And if you are haunted by refusals one after another, it's time to request a credit history.

Instructions

Step 1

Find out where exactly your credit history is located. To do this, you need to send a request to the Central Directory of Credit Histories, where you will be provided with all the information. It is possible that data about you is stored in several bureaus at once. Please note that you can find out your credit history only through official sources. All offers that promise to provide the history of loans of any citizen for a certain fee are nothing more than scammers' tricks. To obtain complete credit information for each person, fraudsters would have to steal data from all CRIs (there are more than 30 of them in Russia today) and gain access to database updates, which is almost impossible.

Step 2

Contact the BCI office where your story is located. Of the documents, you only need to have a passport. If there is no representative office of the organization in your locality, you can send a request by registered mail to the address of the bureau you need. The letter must contain passport data, all information is notarized. The credit bureau must provide you with a response within two weeks. Once a year, you can request information on your credit history completely free of charge. The cost of a second call is 200-500 rubles.

Step 3

You can also find your credit history via the Internet, on the official website of the Central Bank - www.cbr.ru. Here you will be asked to enter your details along with a digital code, which is usually issued along with the loan agreement. If for some reason you do not have this code, you can get it at the bank, but on a paid basis.

Step 4

You can also find out your credit history through the bank that refused to issue you a loan. To do this, you need to come to the bank and submit a request for a credit history. They have no right to refuse you.
