According to the law on tenders, a request for quotations is a method of placing an order, in which all information is communicated to an unlimited number of persons by publishing a notice on the start of a quotation on the official website. The winner is the participant who offers the lowest amount of the agreement and the most favorable terms of the contract. The customer has the right to place an order by requesting price quotes for any goods or services if the contract price does not exceed five hundred thousand rubles.

Step 1
Quotation bids are submitted in written or electronic form no later than the period specified in the notice of quotations. Each of the private traders can submit only one application.

If the application is submitted electronically, the customer must notify the participant of the receipt of this file. He must also post a notice on the official website and an approximate draft of the contract, at least seven days before the end of the acceptance of quotation bids.

Before making an application, you need to carefully read the conditions, timing of this event, a sample of the quotation application. You can get this information on the official website of the customer or by receiving a notification from him.

Typically, this document is executed on letterhead. On the first sheet, write the name of the organization in full, for example, Vostok Limited Liability Company. You should also indicate the legal and actual addresses, telephone and fax.

It is necessary to write down the details of the organization, these include: INN, KPP, OGRN, OKATO, OKPO, OKVED. Below, indicate all bank details, namely: current account, correspondent account of the bank, name of the bank, BIK. At the very end, you should write the surname, name and patronymic of the general director and chief accountant.

After that, a quotation table is compiled on another sheet, which includes the name of the product or service, quantity, cost, contract conditions, for example, delivery of goods and other information. But before that, you should think very well about all the conditions, weigh the strengths of other organizations, offer something new so that the customer wants to conclude an agreement with your campaign.
Step 7
After filling out the quotation application, the manager must sign, date and certify the information with the seal of the organization.
Step 8
After the end of accepting applications, the commission examines them for compliance with the requirements, and after the conditions of a possible contract. Remember that the sooner you serve it, the better. Under the same conditions, the customer will stop at the one that came earlier.
